The Punisher: War Journal May 31, 2006

The Punisher War Journal is a series of books in The Punisher Comic Book series. There are a total of 80 books in the whole series. It began in 1988 and ended in 1995. It has been revealed in Wizard Magazine that a new volume of Punisher War Journal will be written as an ongoing series. The first three issues will deal with the Civil War event. In contrast to the current MAX series, the new War Journal series will have less adult themes and will have Frank Castle fighting against normal Marvel Universe supervillains.
