The problem with them is that a lot of the comics issues are split into two or even three parts. I've been joining parts up as I download them with a batch script, if anyone's interested:

if exist Thumbs.db del Thumbs.db
d:software7zip7z e %1%
if exist Thumbs.db del Thumbs.db
d:software7zip7z e %2%
d:software7zip7z a -tzip %3% *.jpg
del %1%
del %2%
del *.jpg

You'll have to adapt it to your zipping and unzipping software's location and command-line usage.

The usage for the script itself is:

joinparts BirthRight1PartOne BirthRight1PartTwo "birthright 01.cbz"</description>
